Guests of the Shelburne Inn and China Beach Retreat enjoy being seated for breakfast in the main dining room, in the original 1896 section of the building. Breakfast is served daily beginning at 8:00 am and is also open to the general public.
Much like the North Coast natives before us, our Chefs draw from vast stores of wild edibles, which include salmon, shellfish, venison, elk, berries, wild mushrooms and edible greens. Innovation is a guiding force in the kitchen and we often find ourselves inventing a new taste sensation through the blending of different traditions. Each breakfast entrée includes carefully prepared and delicious sides, including hot, fresh baked goods. Premium coffee and tea are available from 6:30 each morning.
